For Germany, a return label is provided in the parcel.
For returns from the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, you can request a shipping label at shop@softclox.com.
The amount of the goods will be refunded by the same method you used to make the payment. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded.
