Wood is a natural material and is influenced by wind and weather. Both change the structure of the wood and allow the annual rings and the individual grain to develop. This makes every SOFTCLOX sole unique and can also be the reason why, for example, a small piece of wood can break off after a knock or other external impact. So wood is not indestructible.
We too care about the Longevity of our shoes, which is why our slogan is SOFTCLOX - friends for life. In the spirit of sustainability and because we love the idea that our shoes accompany women over many years and phases of life.
This is why we have set up a repair service at our production partner in Austria, which can help in many cases when cobblers are at a loss when faced with our wooden soles.
Keep calm - and leave it to the wood pros!
So if something happens - take a breath, don't cross dog biscuits off your shopping list but ask the wood professionals! Write us a message to shop@softclox.com and describe the problem - ideally with expressive pictures. In consultation with our repair professionals, we will check whether and how we can save your favourite shoe and handle everything together with you.
Only we can't do magic yet...
If a piece of wood chips off, it can be glued back on again with wood glue . If you no longer have the piece of wood, you can also ask us to replace the complete soles (then both!). If we still have them in use and the upper material of your SOFTCLOX is in good condition, we can also completely replace wooden soles. The costs vary, please enquire.
Quality remains our highest concern
It is no secret that we put a lot of heart and soul, perfection and expertise into the production of our SOFTCLOX. All our shoes are carefully made, mostly by hand. We only use high-quality materials from Europe. All this together makes our SOFTCLOX so robust and durable.
Occasionally we receive pictures of SOFTCLOX from the very first collections - in tip-top shape and still loved. Do you also have a "SOFTCLOX old-timer" in your shoe cabinet? We are happy to receive "historical" photos! 😊

Mir ist ein Nagel/Niete aus dem Modell Penny herausgefallen. Kann bzw. muss ich die Sandale einschicken für eine Reparatur oder könnte vielleicht auch eine Ersatzniete/Nagel zugeschickt werden?

Hallo liebes softclox team, mir gefällt unheimlich euer Konzept mit „lieber reparieren, als in die Tonne vollführen“😉👍🏼 kann man meine clox noch retten? Mir ging gestern die komplette sohle dahin (s. fotos). Wie teuer käme die Reparatur bzw. wenn Sie mir Sohlen und Absätze zur verfügung stellen, könnte ich es selber erledigen (bin handwerklich nicht unbegabt). Vielen dank schon vorab für eine Antwort.
